First row:
Little C got a new bike. He loves it so much. I know he'll be riding without training wheels soon.
First baseball cleats--are they not the cutest things ever?
The boys at the farm exhibit at the fair (we went back, story to follow)
Second row:
Cute Loft poncho sweater (Loft had 40% off this weekend on new Fall stuff--hope you got something!)
Loft tomato red jeans, cheetah belt, cute girlie tee courtesy of my momma (thanks Mom:)
Jessica Simpson bow bag, I love a sassy bag
Third row:
Got my Lilly calendar ladies, thanks for recommending it!
Nana and Papa with the boys at Cheekwood
Delicious donuts from Dunkin'
I had to share these too, this little guy struck a pose that made me laugh out loud.
We ate at Puckett's (fun local restaurant) and enjoyed some cold beer, mason jar style..
Little C so happy with his cookie, this is how cookies make me feel too.
Mr. C and I even snuck out for a sushi datenight on Saturday. I was so sad when Nana and Papa left but we had a great weekend. Hope you did too!
As always, sharing here:
Moms are the BEST. Even when we are moms ourselves, sometimes it's the most comforting thing to have your own mom around. I'm lucky that all my family lives in Chicago and so does my husband's. I would miss my parents like crazy if I didn't get to see them often.
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up, Courtney!

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun weekend! I love when my parents come visit as well. Love all of your Loft goodies. I kept myself away from there because I knew it would be trouble if I went online or entered the store. Love the beer in the mason jar! Hope you have a great Monday!

I live 18 hours away from my mom so she doesn't get to see my boys that often. Just every 3 months. It's really hard!

I love this! My mom booked a plane ticket today to come next week and we plan all doing some very similiar things. It is so hard being this far away (we are in CA and she is in DC!) and I am grateful that she was able to find a flight and come give me so much needed help. So glad you had a wonderful weekend with your parents!
ReplyDeleteYour kids pose for you? (And in the best way ever). Mine run the other way when the camera comes out. It looks like a great weekend! I love your poncho and bow bag. I just got a pink bow purse and can't wait to use it!

ReplyDeleteLet me know how you like the Lilly planner!! I'm debating on the Erin Condren for next year. I have one now and love it...but I don't know that I can justify spending the $$ again. I'm looking for alternatives so let me know how it is ;)
