We had a great weekend.  Friday evening was pretty fun, we just grilled and then caught fireflies with the boys.  The boys got SO dirty!!!! Look at the grubby little fingers.  I wish I could say no fireflies were harmed during this photoshoot but I'm afraid that may not be true:(  Campbell has quite a grip.




My iPhone and I have really hit it off.  I've downloaded these camera apps: Picfx, Camera+, PicStitch, Incredibooth, and of course Instagram.  What's your favorite?  I haven't done anything phenomenal yet but I'm trying.  Here's a funny strip from Incredibooth. Clearly I have no idea what to do when the camera is on me.  Please excuse the gross picture of me sticking my tongue out.  I forgot I'm not 15 anymore and at Myrtle Beach Pavilion.

I went to see Hunger Games on Sunday afternoon.  By myself.  It was blissful.  No one asked me for anything for 2.5 hours.  Great movie version of a great book--I thought the Twilight movies had scarred me for life but now I realize there's hope.  And I think I want to be Katniss Everdeen for Halloween.  She is one tough cookie.

Then I went shopping and bought some white skinny jeans.  Thanks for the recommendations!  Target was sold out (boo), I can't bring myself to buy the Seven's (because I also need some Nike Free Runs and a sassy chambray shirt), I was too tired to venture beyond the mall anchor stores to Banana or JCrew, so I found some $30 Levi's at the junior's department of Dillard's.  The only catch is....they are low rise (lower than I like) so either I can't sit down or I have to wear a long shirt.  But I can do that!

Then I missed my boys terribly and came home and cooked dinner.  The end. For today:)

    a movie by yourself..that sounds heavenly. I need to get those apps for my phone, I only have instragram

    PicFX is my favorite picture app, besides Instagram of course! I'll have to try Incredibooth though it looks like a lot of fun! I go to the movies by myself all the time.. its great because you can see whatever you want and not worry about what someone else wants to see ;) Looks like you had a great weekend, thanks for linking up :)
